Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday I understand and agree to Salt & Prepped's weekly meal prep rates. * $70/hour + cost of groceries, 8 hour minimum I understand and agree I have questions I understand and agree that this is a weekly commitment. * In order to provide stability for your meal prepper, this is a weekly commitment - with the exception of Spring Break, the week of 4th of July, Thanksgiving week, the time between Christmas Eve and New Years Day. On travel weeks outside of the designated breaks, you can choose to pay a $300 cancellation fee, use your prep day to stock the freezer, have meals delivered to a loved one, donate meals to a cause of your choice (i.e. fire station, hospital, etc.) If you choose to terminate your commitment, we require a 14 day written notice. Your kitchen should be in working order: countertops and sink cleared, dishwasher emptied, Tupperware containers readily available, and sufficient space in the refrigerator for meal storage.
